Love Is In The Air At Monkeyland!

I spent yesterday morning in the Monkeyland forest taking photos - it was the first time I walked around on my own instead of tagging along with a tour, so I spent a good 3 hours in there getting lost (figuratively... and maybe a tiny bit literally). On my little adventure around the sanctuary, I kept noticing such lovely things about the primates! I'm not sure if it was the pleasant weather or the lack of people there in the early hours, but lots of the primates were out and about lapping up the sun, eating, swinging through the trees, rummaging for food, playing, more eating (you get the idea!).
I couldn't help but feel like love was in the air while watching the Ring-Tailed lemurs and Tufted Capuchins grooming and nestling into one another. A lot of them were carrying tiny babies too which was so cute! I was in my absolute element, so thought I would share some photos of the loved-up primates enjoying their Tuesday morning. Enjoy!

These are my favourite photos so far and I'm so excited to get back in the sanctuaries to take some more! If you have any suggestions on what I could caption my images, let me know and I'll write the best one! Next on my list of things to do is update my photo gallery with many more photos like these, not only from Monkeyland, but Birds of Eden and Jukani too. I can't wait to share them!
Until next time,
Jess x
